We currently accept UPI. Pay to our UPI ID (ottbuzzer@yesbank), then submit the 12-digit UTR reference number from your payment so our team can verify it.

The UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) is a 12-digit number generated for every successful UPI payment. You'll find it in your UPI app under the transaction details or payment receipt.

Your order is confirmed only after we successfully verify your UPI payment. Verification is usually quick during working hours — you'll see the status update in your dashboard.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total payable amount is always shown before you confirm your order.

No. Every product on OTT Buzzer is a digital subscription — there is no physical shipment. Access details are delivered to you electronically.

Once your payment is verified, your subscription access or activation details are delivered electronically — through your account dashboard and the email or phone number linked to your order — usually within the time window stated on the product page.

A shared-access plan gives you a profile on a shared account at a lower price. A private-access plan gives you a dedicated account. The plan type and price are shown on each product page.

No. OTT Buzzer is an independent reseller of digital subscription products and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any streaming platform. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Yes. Place a new order for the same plan before or after expiry, and our team will guide you on continuing — on the same account wherever possible.

Yes. An account lets you track your orders, view your subscription details, and raise support tickets — all from your dashboard.

Please don't change the recovery details (email, password or phone) of any account provided to you unless we specifically instruct you to — doing so can break your access. Misuse of a subscription may lead to suspension without a refund.

Raise a support ticket from your dashboard with your order number. Our team will check the issue and arrange a fix or replacement in line with our Refund Policy.

Refunds, cancellations and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. As products are digital, refund eligibility is limited — please read the Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
