These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and OTT Buzzer (“OTT Buzzer”, “we”, “us” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website and the purchase of any digital subscription products offered by us.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

• “Website” means the OTT Buzzer online store and all its pages and features.
• “Products” or “Subscriptions” means the digital subscription plans and access we offer for streaming, sports, music, live TV and similar services.
• “Order” means a request placed by you to purchase one or more Products.
• “You” or “User” means any person who accesses the Website or places an Order.

To use our Website and place an Order, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• be competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• provide accurate and complete information; and
• use the Website and Products only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

OTT Buzzer offers digital subscription products that provide access to streaming and entertainment services. Our Products are digital in nature — there is no physical shipment.

Product descriptions, validity periods, prices and availability are stated on each product page. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but we may correct errors and change or discontinue any Product at any time.

Subscriptions must be used in accordance with the usage terms shown on the product page and, where applicable, the terms of the underlying service provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total payable amount, including any applicable charges, is shown to you before you confirm your Order.

Payments are currently collected via UPI. After making payment to our UPI ID (ottbuzzer@yesbank), you must submit the UPI transaction reference number (UTR) so we can verify it. An Order is confirmed only after we successfully verify your payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any Order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability — and to refund any amount already paid in such cases.

Once your payment is verified, your subscription access or activation details are delivered electronically — through your account dashboard and/or the email or phone number linked to your Order.

Delivery is usually completed within the time window stated on the product page or at checkout. Delays may occasionally occur due to payment verification or provider-side issues; if so, our support team will keep you informed.

When you purchase a Subscription, you agree to:

• use it only for personal, lawful purposes;
• not resell, sub-license, share publicly or commercially exploit the Subscription unless expressly permitted;
• not change the recovery details (such as email or password) of any account provided to you, unless instructed;
• comply with the terms of use of the underlying streaming or service provider.

Misuse of a Subscription may result in suspension of access without refund.

Cancellations, refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. As Products are digital, refund eligibility is limited — please read the Refund Policy carefully before ordering.

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other accounts or our systems;
• copy, scrape, disrupt or interfere with the Website or its security features;
• upload viruses or malicious code; or
• infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.

All content on the Website — including the OTT Buzzer name, logo, text, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission. All third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

OTT Buzzer is an independent reseller of digital subscription products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any streaming or entertainment platform unless expressly stated. All third-party trademarks are used only for identification and remain the property of their respective owners. Access to third-party services is also subject to those providers’ own terms.

The Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

We are not liable for service interruptions, content changes, price changes or account actions taken by the underlying third-party platforms, as these are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTT Buzzer and its operators from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or Products.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Website, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse a Subscription, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Website at any time.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaint regarding an Order or our services may be raised with our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month of receipt.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
